こんこちゃんの感情が抑え切れなくなって壊れた感情制御リングが不思議な力で自我を持って蘇ったモノ
こんこちゃんの感情をエネルギーにして生きている
普段は輪っかの姿だが、こんこちゃんの強い感情エネルギーを溜めて解放することで人型に近い板の姿や完全な人の姿に変身することができる
厚さ3センチくらい。ほぼ板。しっかり硬いが自分の意思で曲げたり変形させられる
性格は元気いっぱいで忠誠心が高い子犬
こんこちゃんのことが大好きで、チャクラムや輪投げとして投げられても一緒に遊んでいるつもりになって大喜び
自分以外の感情制御リングが使われていると嫉妬して拗ねる
無機物なので性別はない。中身はどちらかといえば男の子っぽいかもしれない(エモコン"くん"だから)
自分のことを道具だと自認している
カタコトで幼い喋り方をし、語尾がカタカナになりがち
こんこちゃんの感情を抑え吸っている分なのかリアクションや感情表現は大変大きい
