Guilt of quasi fraud(Articles 248 of the Penal Code) exists.
Taking advantage by ones feeble‐mindedness and making the person to grant a property will be sentenced under 10 years penal servitude.
The guilt of quasi frauds punishment ground is by punishing the usage of ones agreement which wasn't relied on a normal Intention state to get a property(Fukuoka supreme tribunal,Feb17,1950).
Feeble‐mindedness is a state which although ones mental capacity is totaly not disappeared, the person is not mentaly healthful and could not make dicision like a normal person will.
